Registration for the APA 2025 Student Planning and Design Competition is open! The competition is co-sponsored by the APA Urban Design and Preservation Division, Student Representatives Council, and Divisions Council, with the support of the Denver Community Planning and Development Department!

The selected competition site is the Colfax & Federal Clover Leaf, a 46-acre parcel in Denver, CO, the host city for the 2025 National Planning Conference. This site is adjacent to Empower Field at Mile High to the east and multi-family neighborhoods to the west.
